Telling them up front.

I'd say this is a question many clients don't ask financial advisors when establishing a new client-advisor relationship. I think its awesome if the advisor brings this up and tells clients how often they'll meet (in person, via Skype or Apple's Facetime). Encourages clients to reach out is an important part of the Relationship building process and letting them know when to expect a response (same day, 24 hours, etc) is also critical.
