BRUCE BOND: President and CEO of PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
Before founding PowerShares, Mr. Bond served as Managing Director and Vice President of Nuveen Investments. He began his experience in the financial industry as an assistant to the VP of Sales at Griffin, Kubik, Stephens and Thompson, an upscale financial boutique in Chicago. In 1987 he received his Series 7 and 63 licenses and began his career in municipal bond sales to institutions and affluent individuals.

Richard Ferri is CEO of Portfolio Solutions, LLC, an investment management firm based Troy, MI. Portfolio Solutions manages close to $1 billion in separate accounts for high-net-worth individuals, families, non-profit organizations, and corporate pension plans. The firm specializes in low-cost, asset allocation portfolio strategies utilizing index funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and other passive asset-class funds. Prior to joining the investment community in 1988, Rick served as an officer and jet pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps and is now retired from the Marine Corps Reserve. Rick has written five books on low-cost investing, asset allocation, and mutual funds including index funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). His latest book, The ETF Book was recently published by John Wiley.
