With more than 35 years of expertise in management, strategic planning, sales, and business development, Bruce is EVP\/Managing Director of SourceMedia's Professional Services Group, where he is responsible for the day to day growth and profitability of over 70 online, print and live event media assets, including such brands as Financial Planning, Employee Benefit News and Accounting Today. Prior to his current role at SourceMedia, Bruce was COO of Louise Blouin Media (LBM) where he was responsible for the day to day operations of LBM’s magazine, book and online media and data businesses, including such brands as Art Auction and ARTINFO. Prior to LBM he was SVP and General Manager of Jupiter Online Media, where he oversaw operations of over 150 websites over four online networks, including internet.com and Mediabistro. \r\nMany of Bruce’s demonstrated accomplishments in online, print, live event product development and international business stem from his 14 years at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters)\/SourceMedia. Bruce joined Thomson in 1992 as EVP of Securities Data Publishing and was named its President\/CEO in 1995. When he left in 2006, he was the President of its SourceMedia Banking Group. Prior to Thomson, Bruce’s early career spent time with Lebhar Friedman, Fairchild Publications (now a part of Conde Nast) and Investment Dealers Digest, Inc. \r\nBruce received his BS in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and has attended post graduate executive management and business development training at the Johnson School at Cornell University and INSEAD Fontainebleau, France.
