Patti H. Bass

Founder, President and CEO

Patti H. Bass is the founder, President and CEO of Bass & Associates, P.C. where her law practice has been concentrated in the field of creditors' rights in bankruptcy and collections. Patti received her J.D. from Emory University and her B.A. degree with high honors from the University of Tennessee. She is admitted to practice law in both the federal and state courts of the states of Georgia and Arizona, in addition to the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also admitted to practice law in the US Supreme Court. She has served as an Adjunct Professor for Emory Law School - National Institute of Trial Advocacy, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute for over a decade, in addition to membership in the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys & Founding Member of the Board of Directors, Past Vice President and Bankruptcy Chairman and past member of the Finance Committee; the Commercial Law League; and ACA International, including membership as a MAP attorney.She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the AZ and GA State Bar Associations. Patti has contributed to the annual Wiley Bankruptcy Law Update published by Aspen and is a frequent speaker at both national trade meetings and continuing legal education seminars.
