Renee is a Customer experience and market research professional with over 20 years experience in all phases of strategic planning and execution, market research, insight generation, and customer experience design. After completing her Undergraduate degree at Providence College, she was invited to study at the Roper Center for Survey Research where she received her Master’s in Research and Statistics.Renee spent the early part of her career on the vendor side of research before moving to the client side at Citizens 11 years ago. As a Senior Vice President at Citizens, Renee was Head of Research for 6 years before taking her current role on the Customer Experience team. Renee leads the Directors of Customer Experience partnering with the business lines to execute the bank’s Customer Experience Strategy.
