WHY ARENT WE THERE YET?
Companies within the S&P 100 have made significant strides related to workplace diversity policies, programs and performance. There's more women at higher executive levels than ever before but they still don't earn as much money as the top men within that same group. All of these companies claim to be committed to diversity, but the disparity in such things as earnings, remains clear.
