Company Description and Logo
  • 50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address that will be listed in the conference manual
  • Logo in a vector format, EPS, Illustrator or PNG. Please let us know of the PMS colors used in your logo. Submit via email to sorah.choi@sourcemedia.com
4-2-12 Conference Manual Ads
Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. E-mail the ad to Sorah Choi or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Sorah's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.

Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

*Please note - Dress Code for the Metropolitan Club: Gentlemen are required to wear jackets and ties at all times (turtlenecks and ascots are not acceptable). Appropriate attire for ladies is dresses, skirts, dressy pant suits and business pant suits. Jeans, shorts, stirrup pants, leggings, stretch pants, tight pants, sweats and T-shirts are absolutely not acceptable.

Internet and Audio Visual Services

Please use the AV Exhibitor Order Form to order audio visual services for your exhibitor table. Please contact Robert Howley, Special Events Manager, at rhowley@MetClub.org to order internet for your table.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $299 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by April 13, 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
