Encrypted server

Do any of you have a process/software to encrypt your server? I have done everything else tyo insure technology security around here but some of my clients (tech security software sales:-) are concerned tht if someone stole my server, they could hack into it. My tech guy says that he could encrypt the server but it would really slow things down. Thought I would check with you smarties before I proceed with any solution. Thanks in advance for any comments.
