Setting up my will and trust

Postby Caiden » Tue May 26, 2009 6:22 am

I know it’s important to have a will and trust to protect my family if anything were to happen. What steps do I need to take in doing this? I am assuming someone who does California wills and trusts would be able to help me out, but I wanted to see if anyone had some experience with this before I go out and find a lawyer.

Find and hire a CFP, PFS, or ChFC who specializes in estate planning. You cannot possible get it right on your own. Pay for professional help or PAY for your mistake!! You will also need to pay an estate attorney for documents. By the way, this is a professionals only site. Quit asking for free advice. Advice is worth what you pay for it...good advice is always worth more.
