Have you guys heard that Postmark DMS shut their doors today? I was about to put a order through them for my seminars.

I heard it but am not certain.. I think their answering machine says closed due to inclement weather?

Funny...they were just calling me a couple weeks ago trying to beg for an order from me. They were so pathetic a year ago on their performance...They stil owe me about 30 appointments.

these are guys that have you pay for the number of buying units at the seminars , i think.. no mailing costs just 99 per BU

It's true. They owe a lot of agents money. ProSystems is picking up the slack by helping agents maintain (regain?) their marketing and sales efforts. Website is www.ProsGetPaid.com

They have an ad running in Senior Market Advisor (August issue). The ad features 2006 Advisor of the year. Makes me wonder .....

How can the owners of Postmark legally sell my information to another firm I have no interest in working with? What ever happened to "Privacy"? I have gotten atleast 7 calls withing in the last 3 days demanding I start planning my next Seminar because "they purchased the assets of Postmark".

Look at it this way... What if you sold your book of business? Isn't that the same thing they did. Maybe you should call that person back and tell them your not interested.
