Everyone getting the 'Immediate Legacy' pitch from this guy? The numbers he uses in his webinars don't add up but after looking at them if you dialed the payback amount to the client down to 4% and the donation to about 20% it will work. Major drawbacks would be locking at that lower rate and lack of liquidity. Thoughts?
