On Oct. 15, an assembly of successful and innovative women in the financial services industry gathered at the Art Institute of Chicago for SourceMedia's second Women's Advisor Forum. It was a rainy day in the Windy City, and an abysmal day for the market, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged more than 700 points. But despite their very busy schedules—they admitted to working more nights and weekends than ever before—these women came out to share their stories.
