The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa., has hired Craig W. Lemoine to serve as assistant professor of financial planning. Lemoine is a former senior planning manager and financial advisor for Lincoln Financial Advisors in Hartford, Conn.

Fidelity Investments in Boston has named Joseph A. Giordano executive vice president of relationship management for its Institutional Wealth Services business. Giorando most recently served as managing director of global client services for the World Wide Services Securities business at JPMorgan Chase in New York City.

LPL Financial in San Diego has appointed Mark Helliker managing director of broker-dealer support services. Prior to arriving at LPL, Helliker served as vice president of Charles Schwab Institutional in San Francisco.

Securities America, Inc. in Omaha, Neb., has named Jim Nagengast president. He will remain chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Securities America.

The Vanguard Group Board of Directors has elected F. William McNabb III as chief executive officer of Vanguard in Valley Forge, Pa. McNabb has served in various positions at Vanguard over the past 22 years.
