IndexIQ in New York City named Paul Mazzilli senior analyst and a member of the firm's advisory board. Mazzilli previously served as executive director at Morgan Stanley, also in New York City, where he was director of the firm's ETF research team.

Fiduciary360 in Pittsburgh hired Judy Stormer as director of finance and George Stark as the new applications system manager. Prior to joining Fiduciary360, Stormer served as assistant treasurer at CS McKee, while Stark was a project manager at Education Management Corp., both in Pittsburgh.

Robert Fetch was named director of domestic equity portfolio management at Lord, Abbett & Co., in Jersey City, N.J. Fetch has held several management positions at the company and has been a partner at Lord, Abbett since 1998.

Putnam Investments named Edmund F. Murphy managing director and head of defined contribution for the Boston-based firm. Murphy recently served as executive VP of distribution for personal and workplace investing at Fidelity Investments, also in Boston.

Glen Blackston has been named VP of new business development at Triad Advisors in Atlanta. Blackston previously served as a key account sales executive with Discovery Database in Shrewsbury, N.J.
