Susan Mallory, the former president of the bank’s wealth management business in Los Angeles, was promoted to Global Banking Practice Executive of Personal Financial Services. She is responsible for running the banking practice for private clients and overseeing the evolution of new product and service offerings. She assumed her new role on April 1.

Michele Havens, Northern Trust

Michele Havens, Seattle regional president of Personal Financial Services, was promoted to president of the group’s Los Angeles region. She is responsible for managing financial consulting, investment management, trust and estate planning as well as private and business banking across the Los Angeles region. She will assume her new role on June 15.

Dino De Vita, Northern Trust

Dino De Vita, leader of the Private Client Services segment of the bank’s wealth management business, was promoted to president of Personal Financial Services of Seattle. He is responsible for managing financial consulting, investment management, trust and estate planning as well as private and business banking across the Seattle region. He will assume his new role on June 15.

Douglas Lee, Associated Bank

Douglas Lee joined Associated Bank’s investment advisory team in Green Bay, Wis., as senior vice president and trust manager. He is responsible for working with customers to ensure that their investment and fiduciary needs are met in both the personal and retirement plan services areas. Lee was previously with Harris Bank where he was a senior trust relationship manager.

James Kiley, Wintrust Financial Corporation

James Kiley joined Wintrust Financial Corporation as managing director of its wealth services team. He is responsible for developing business opportunities in the Chicago area. Prior to joining Wintrust, Kiley was president of Kiley Capital, an investment capital company he founded in 2006. Prior to that, he spent 25 years as managing director of Chicago operations for Weiss Peck and Greer LLC, a venture capital firm that was sold to RIA firm Robeco Investment Management.

John Morris, Bank of the West

John Morris joined Bank of the West’s Wealth Management Group as head of its investment products offering for affluent and high-net-worth clients. He was previously a senior executive at Charles Schwab & Co. where he focused on managed account products, support for RIA efforts, and growth of the third-party mutual fund platform.

Jamie Kosharek, Raymond James Financial Services
