Known as the Sunset Financial Group, the three managed more than $204 million in client assets and had annual fees and commissions of around $1.5 million. They join as senior vice presidents and will report to Ira Federer, eastern division director for the firm’s employee broker-dealer branch.

“With years of experience, the team has developed a strong understanding of how to help clients,” Federer said. “We are delighted they chose Raymond James to support their efforts and practice.”

Cutliff had been at Morgan Stanley for the last 13 years of his 16-year career in the financial services industry. Horras has more than 30 years of experience, having moved into Morgan Stanley through mergers with Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. Joining Morgan Stanley in 1978, Polster had spent 34 years at Morgan Stanley before joining Raymond James.
