U.S. Bank Expands HNW Business in Chicago

U.S. Bank is bolstering its high-net-worth wealth management team in Chicago.

The Minneapolis-based bank added three wealth management advisors and one senior trust officer to the Private Client Reserve high-net-worth business in Chicago, bringing the total number of employees there to 40, the bank announced on Monday.

Debora Oberling joined from JP Morgan Private Bank as wealth management advisor team leader. She will lead a team that provides clients with tailored wealth management services, the bank said.

The two other wealth management advisors to join the Reserve were Steven F. Greene and Teresa Seiwert. Greene was previously with Rappaport Reiches Capital Management, where he provided financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations and non-profit organizations. Seiwert was previously a vice president and private client relationship manager with the bank.

Nancy Brackmann joined the team as a senior trust officer. She was formerly a vice president and fiduciary officer with JP Morgan Private Bank.

The Reserve has hired six new advisors in Chicago this year, U.S. Bank said.
