(Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Bank hired James Dilworth, chief executive officer of Allianz Global Investors Europe, to lead management of active assets.
Dilworth will join the Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management unit as soon as possible as a member of the executive committee, Deutsche Bank said in an e-mailed statement.
He hails from Allianz SEs fund management unit Allianz Global Investors, which he joined 2009. At Deutsche Bank, Dilworth will report to Michele Faissola, head of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. Dilworth succeeds Wolfgang Matis, who retired this month.
