Dow, S&P Give Ground

 The Dow Jones Industrial Average shaved off another 83.17 points Tuesday to close at 12,653.12 as investors pushed stocks lower for a fourth day in a row. The Nasdaq and S&P 500 also fell 29.44 points and 10.99 points, respectively.

In economic news, the National Federation of Independent Business reported the Small Business Optimism Index fell 3 points in June, weighed down by disappointing sales and higher construction and manufacturing costs.
