Ford, a CFP, Joins Securities America

David Ford, a financial advisor in Spooner, Wis., has joined independent broker-dealer Securities America.

“We were looking for a partner who was dedicated to the independent advisor, with the resources to support our future growth as a financial planning services office,” says Ford, who has two decades of experience in the business and over $70 million in assets under management.

Ford is a CFP, with series 7 and 63 licenses, along with life, health and variable insurance licenses.

Securities America is the country’s 7th largest independent broker-dealer according to Financial Planning’s latest ranking from June 2011 (based on 2010 total revenue).
