RIA Firm HS Management Partners Lands New Senior Investment Officer

New York-based RIA HS Management Partners has hired Robert Gebhart as its new senior vice president and senior investment officer.

Robert Gebhart, CFA, joined the firm at the end of 2011. Previously, he had worked as a portfolio manager at W.P. Stewart and as director of U.S. equity research at Merrill Lynch.

Including Gebhart, the HS Management team now totals 11 professionals. The firm, which has $884 million in assets under management, was founded in 2007.

“We are thrilled to have Rob join our firm,” said Harry Segalas, HS Management’s managing partner and chief investment officer. “I believe our investment style will continue to serve as an attractive source of alpha in the years ahead.”
