Wells Fargo Advisor Network Adds 2 Seattle-Area Practices

Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network announced Friday it added two financial practices in Seattle.

The practices, in Mercer Island, Wash., and Lynnwood, Wash., have a combined $549 million in assets under management. The Well Fargo Financial Advisor Netwowk, the independent investment arm of Well Fargo & Co., now has more than 560 practices nationally.

“We experienced one of our strongest recruiting years ever last year and additions like those of Butler Wealth Management and the O’Neal & Brokaw Private Retirement Group, continue to show that quality advisors see Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as a home for quality financial advisors whose priorities are helping their clients to succeed financially,” said Kent Christian, president of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

Butler Wealth Management, in Mercer Island, Wash., has three financial advisors Jim Butler Sr., and his sons, Jim Jr., and Neil. The team has 66 years of combined experience in the financial services industry and is joining Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network from Merrill Lynch. Butler Wealth Management has $1.3 million in production and more than $356 million in assets under management.

In Lynnwood, Wash., Wells Fargo added O’Neal & Brokaw Private Retirement Group. Financial advisors Teresa Brokaw, Don O’Neal, and Trent O’Neal, who were all most recently with Merrill Lynch, have 49 years of combined experienc. They have $1.4 million in production and manage $193 million in assets.
