BNY Mellon Hires Two Industry Veterans in Atlanta Wealth Management Office

BNY Mellon has hired two financial services professionals in its wealth management office in Atlanta. Jonathan Blackwood joined the team as a senior private banker to lead and grow the firm’s banking activities in Georgia. David Noosinow joined as senior sales director to help develop business throughout Georgia as well as in the Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky, markets, BNY Mellon announced Thursday.

Blackwood was previously with Wells Fargo where he was a senior vice president and senior private banker for the company’s Atlanta private bank. The 20-year Wells Fargo veteran reports to Regional Private Banking Director Lisa Simington, BNY Mellon said.

Noosinow joined the team from Bernstein Global Wealth Management in Atlanta. While there, he developed sales strategies and managed client relationships in his role as vice president and financial advisor, a position he held for seven years. Noosinow, a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, reports to Regional Sales Manager-Mid-Atlantic & Central Garrett Alton.

BNY Mellon has more than $171 billion in private client assets and an international network of offices.
