Morgan Stanley Gives Gorman $4.44 Million Stock Bonus for 2014

(Bloomberg) -- Morgan Stanley Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Gorman’s compensation package for last year includes a $4.44 million stock bonus, down 13% from his 2013 award. 

Gorman, 56, will get 127,884 restricted shares, according to a filing today with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has a $1.5 million salary, and the bank will disclose details about his cash bonus and long-term incentives later this year.
