The Peak Advisor Alliance, the country’s largest financial advisor coaching and resource program, has hired Paul West as a managing director.
West will join Peak with more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has worked at Securities America, where he spent more than nine years in leadership positions, as well as at a niche-focused RIA. While at Securities America, West was responsible for recruiting, retention, branch development, consulting and operations.
West specializes in business development and, recruiting, building strategic relations and developing practice management programs.
“Under Paul’s leadership, Peak Advisor Alliance will continue to develop state-of-the-art, next generation coaching and training for advisors and will remain at the forefront in this area,” said Ron Carson, Peak's CEO.
Along with West, current Peak Advisor Alliance strategic resource and consultant Steve Sanduski will be involved with the rollout of the new book Tested in the Trenches: A 9-Step Plan for Success as a New-Era Advisor, co-authored by Carson. However, Sanduski will remain a partner with both Carson Wealth and Peak Advisor Alliance. “I am so thrilled to announce that Steve will be embarking with me on an exciting new opportunity to be launched this fall for the IBD/RIA channel,” Carson said.
