Merrill Lynch reunited with an advisor managing $200 million.
Robert Labriola, a 21-year veteran, left Morgan Stanley to rejoin Merrill where he had previously worked from 1995 to 2000, according to FINRA records.
Labriola managed more than $200 million in client assets while at Morgan. His move follows a seven-year tenure at Morgan, preceded by seven years at Citigroup.
In his new position, Labriola will report to Michael Simonds, complex director at the Rockefeller Center Merrill Lynch office in New York.
This is the first recruitment Merrill has reported since June 18, when it welcomed former BlackRock executive Mike Bitterly to run its affluent segment and strategy.
