RBC Wealth Management has bolstered its Denver Tech office with the addition of a branch director from UBS.
The Minneapolis-based firm has hired 30-year industry veteran Robert Magel Jr to oversee the Denver offices 21 advisors.

Magel was a branch manager and complex manager for UBS. Before that, He also spent time as an advisor at Dean Witter and as a regional manager with Morgan Stanley after the two firms merged.
RBC expanded its presence in Denver last year when it added a Merrill Lynch team with $117 million in assets.
Of its 200 locations in the U.S., RBC has five offices in Colorado.
