RBC Adds Janney Advisor With $245M in AUM

RBC Wealth Management-U.S has added an advisor from Janney Montgomery Scott with more than $245 million in assets under management.

Minneapolis-based RBC announced Friday that it has recruited Roger Rath from Janney as a senior vice president and financial advisor for its office in Annapolis, Md.

Rath, a 34-year industry veteran, has $1.1 million in annual production, according to the press release announcing the hire. He specializes in retirement planning, wealth management, asset allocation and portfolio management, the RBC statement says.

“Roger brings a commitment to placing the needs of clients first that makes him a great fit with the culture of RBC Wealth Management,” Tom Carter, RBC's Annapolis branch director, said in the statement. “His industry experience and knowledge will help the Annapolis branch grow and continue to provide the high level of service to which our clients are accustomed.”
