Financial advisory firm Gahler Investment Group has joined independent broker-dealer Securities America.
Advisors Tom and Gary Gahler had previously been at independent broker-dealer Investment Centers of America. Gahler Investment Group is based in Pine City, Minn.
The group chose Securities America because “we want to expand our business … [and]…we feel this is a better opportunity and fit than any other firm we researched and reviewed,” according to Tom Gahler.
Securities America is the seventh largest independent broker-dealer in the country based on 2010 total revenue, according to Financial Planning’s June 2011 ranking.
