Schwab UBS Fund Gets Laudus Handle

Charles Schwab Investment Management Inc. said Monday that it has renamed the UBS U.S. Large Cap Growth Fund the Laudus Growth Investors U.S. Large Cap Growth Fund.

The fund will be added to Schwab's Laudus Funds lineup. It will use the Laudus model of making institutional-quality investment managers available to individual investors. The fund will be available for a minimum initial investment of $100.

Charles Schwab Investment Management, which had $228 billion of assets under management through March, is the asset management arm of Charles Schwab Corp. of San Francisco.
