Securities America Adds Reps Browning, Bacon-Proctor

Two financial advisors, Matt Browning and Monica Bacon-Proctor, have been added to independent broker-dealer Securities America’s base of registered representatives.

Browning’s business, MB Financial is located in Jonesboro, Ark., and has $270,000 in annual revenue. He got his start in the financial services industry at Edward Jones in 2006 and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

“Their response times and interest in my business were very important factors for me. I look forward to the freedom of running my own business and the wide array of quality products and platforms Securities America has to offer,” Browning said.

Bacon-Proctor joins Securities America with advisor Garrett Morgan of Fountainhead Wealth Inc., based out of Sacramento, Calif. She comes to Securities America with 30 years of industry experience, working in both the corporate side of the financial services industry and has comprehensive planning skills. As a Certified Financial Planner, she holds Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses. Bacon-Proctor currently has $450,000 in annual revenue and $22 million in assets under management.

“Securities America impressed me because it is a large, well established broker-dealer that seems to have any and all the tools one needs to conduct a successful retirement and investment planning practice, Bacon-Proctor said.

Founded in 1993, Securities America is headquartered in La Vista, Neb., and was recently ranked the nation’s eighth-largest independent broker-dealer.
