Stocks End Seesaw Session With More Losses

The Dow Jones Industrial Average shaved off another 63.35 points to close at 12,632.00 Tuesday while the Nasdaq and S&P 500 lost 8.82 points and 7.69 points, respectively.

In economic news, the Commerce Department reported that U.S. business inventories moved up 0.33% in March to a record $1.58 trillon.

Consumer prices remained essentially flat in April while retail sales inched up 0.1% thanks to unusually warm winter weather throughout the East and Midwest.
