Wedbush Adds Raymond James Advisor

Wedbush has expanded its operations in Texas with the addition of former Raymond James advisor Michael Menefee to the Dallas office.

A 12-year industry veteran, Menefee is a legacy Morgan Keegan advisor who joined Raymond James & Associates as a vice president in February when the two firms officially merged. He began his career in 2002 at Edward Jones, according to registration records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

“Michael’s proven track record and dedication to superior client service are two qualities we look for in all of our advisors,” Wesley Long, head of private client services at Wedbush Securities, said in a statement. “We are pleased to welcome him to the firm as we continue to grow our team of Wedbush Financial Advisors.”

In his new role, Menefee will serve as vice president and reports to the John Wilkinson, vice president and manager of the Dallas office.

Los Angeles-based Wedbush has around 400 advisors spread across 100 offices around the nation.
