Wells Fargo Adds Advisors From Merrill, UBS

Wells Fargo has expanded its operations in Utah and North Carolina with two teams with a combined $450 million in assets under management.

In Salt Lake City, Utah, the firm picked up John Phillips, Darrell Jones and Scott Dickerson who worked together at UBS. The three oversaw some $219 million in assets and produced $1.98 million in fees and commissions. They will report to branch manager Rand Jolley.

The father-son team of Michael and Wes Climber joined Wells Fargo in Charlotte, N.C., from Merrill Lynch. The two operate as the Climer Wealth Management Group and previously managed $220 million in assets. They have a trailing 12-month production of $1 million.

The Climer Wealth Management Group is joined by senior registered client associate Jane Jonas and reports to Charlotte market manager Joel Glasco.
