Wells Fargo Adds to Its Executive Team

Wells Fargo is promoting two executives, Bob Vorlop and Joe Nadreau, to its executive team. Both will serve in newly created roles.

Vorlop has been named head of Products and Advice, and Nadreau will lead Innovation and Business Strategy, according to Mary Mack, president of Wells Fargo Advisors.

In his new role, Vorlop will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of Lending and Banking Services, Investments and Advisory Products, Advice, Financial Advisor Recruiting and Financial Advisor & Branch Manager Development and Retention.

Nadreau will run the bank’s newly formed Innovation Lab; its Client Experience team, which works to simplify and enhance the way in which clients interact with Wells Fargo advisors; Advisor Best Practices, which encourages advisors to adopt practices that increase client satisfaction and loyalty; and WFA Strategy, which leads the strategic planning effort for the brokerage business.
