EISI Buys Financial Profiles

Emerging Information Systems Inc. (EISI), developer of the NaviPlan financial planning software, announced today that it had bought Financial Profiles, Inc. from The Hanover Insurance Group. Financial Profiles makes the Profiles+ financial planning software. Advisors who use the Profiles+ product line should see no changes in their operations, since EISI will continue to support the program, says EISI director of marketing Cindy Bennett.

"Essentially, it's one corporate entity with two software lines," Bennett says. Since the parent company is keeping the current licensing model for both product lines, users of both programs should see no changes to the cost of using the software.
