Sharon brings 25 years of audit, risk, IT, AML, and regulatory compliance experience to her role as Director, Risk Management.� Sharon was with FIS from 2009-2011 as an Assistant Director in the New England region, and returned in late 2013 to manage special projects and engagements located throughout the United States.� She specializes in evaluating compliance, operational, financial, and AML control systems, and leading large review and look-back projects. ��Sharon is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, a certified consumer regulatory compliance manager, and a certified anti-money laundering specialist.Sharon has worked for community banks in the positions of Director of Internal Audit, Chief Risk Officer, and most recently as the Directory of Regulatory Compliance for a $3 billion bank.�� Previous to her banking career, Sharon directed a technology compliance area of a regional CPA firm after earning her CPA credential in public accounting.Sharon received her Masters of Business Administration at Western New England College, Springfield, MA and her Bachelors of Arts, Economics at Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA.
