J. Christopher Kerckhoff, Jr.
President, Plancorp

Chris joined Plancorp in 1997, just months after graduation from Indiana University. As the firm has evolved, so has he, working up from a financial planner to President.

There is a certain level of understanding and expertise that comes with growing up with a company, and it is readily apparent in the way Chris leads the team. Always approachable but never caught off guard, Chris guides the firm with one eye on maintaining Plancorp’s unique culture and the other on growing the business.

Chris also has a heart for children; he is active in a number of local charities and serves as the Director of St. Louis Variety. When not advocating for kids in need or spending time with his own wife and three children, Chris enjoys following St. Louis sports and studying geopolitical issues.
