Jennifer started her career as Quality Control Assistant at M&T Bank after graduating college early. She tightened financial controls and procedures and recovered $25 million for the Mortgage Lending division. Jennifer then joined Smith Barney in Boston MA as first woman rookie, became a Certified Financial Planner, attracted $22 million AUM of fee-based managed assets, and provided comprehensive planning to executives of small and mid-sized businesses. She then joined a multi family office firm as Senior Planner and instituted operations improvements to boost the valuation of the firm, which was sold at the highest valuation in the industry. She became COO at a wealth and tax firm, then COO at a wealth and insurance firm, and finally started My Virtual COO to meet the needs of independent financial advisory firms.
Jennifer is based in COO's East Coast office and continues educates advisors at events such as FPA National, NAPFA, Tech Tools T3, custodian Operations events, and through publications such as Liberated CEO, Tech Tools for Today's High Margin Practice , Inc. Magazine, FPA Forum, and more.
