Kraleigh Woodford
Managing Director, Head of Digital Client Experience, UBS WM USA

Kraleigh is the Head of Digital Client Experience for WM USA. In this role, she is responsible for defining the strategy for our client-facing digital offering, focusing on how technology can enhance the client experience and help Financial Advisors form and deepen client relationships. In addition to her oversite of all client platforms, Kraleigh is spearheading the creation of an agile development framework in WM USA to drive innovation that will modernize how we create and deliver digital solutions to clients.

Kraleigh was previously responsible for leading UBS's partnership with SigFig and oversaw the design and development of UBS Advice Advantage, WM USA’s transformative digital investment advice platform. She simultaneously served as Head of Client Experience and Emerging Affluent Strategy for the UBS Wealth Advice Center, where she developed a new model for serving emerging affluent investors to drive the firm’s affluent client strategy.

During her 20+ year tenure at UBS, Kraleigh has held a wide variety of senior marketing and communications roles, shaping how we support Advisors, interact with clients and differentiate our firm in the marketplace. She has led Advisor and Solutions marketing, Client Experience, and Client and Internal Communications. Her time at UBS is also marked by a passion for mentorship and fostering talent within the organization.
