What key challenge does it solve?

Financial institutions need to identify predictable events—and anticipate unpredictable events—that lead to material changes in clients’ circumstances. In both cases, institutions must immediately assess the impact for the client, and suggest targeted, tailored options for them. Once approved by the client, institutions then need to execute these changes in a quick, streamlined, and regulatory compliant way. Our presentation demonstrates how to identify material changes and continuously re-evaluate the individual customer’s situation by leveraging AI and ML. Intelligent process automation orchestrates necessary activities, and all workflows—including approvals—are executed in a dynamic, fully-compliant, way. The “continuous onboarding” of clients throughout the entire client lifecycle is seamless.

What is your best success story?

LPL Financial developed a streamlined client lifecycle management solution for the firm’s 30,000 users. The solution, built with Appway, provides an end-to-end digital experience on LPL’s ClientWorks platform for financial advisors. More than nine system integrations with separate application services were completed, including with BETA, DocuSign, SmartyStreets, Documentum, and several proprietary systems. Users can easily search for open accounts and generate documents to send to investors. Information is actionable faster—anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
