Alternative mutual fund shop Pyxis Funds has hired John Caron as a regional sales director responsible for wholesaling Pyxis (formerly Highland) mutual funds, closed-end funds and alternative investments throughout New England, Money Management Executive has learned.
Caron was not immediately available to comment on his new position.
Previously, Caron served as a wholesaler for Turner Investments, selling mutual funds, seperate accounts, and hedge funds to intermediaries and family offices in North Texas, OK, NM and AR.
