Wynne Takes Helm of PFPC Investment Services

PNC Financial Services Group Inc. has named Stephen Wynne as chief executive of PFPC, PNC's provider of global investment services.

Wynne will succeed Timothy Shack, who will remain chairman of the PFPC board and will continue to serve as PNC chief information officer, the Pittsburgh bank holding company said.

Wynne has served as president of PFPC since 2005. As CEO, he will oversee information- and transaction-based services for the company's international clients.

Prior to being named president, Wynne served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of PFPC Worldwide Inc., where he oversaw and directed securities services, offshore services, the sales division and client relationship management.

"Throughout his tenure, Steve Wynne has helped guide PFPC's global expansion and business growth," said James E. Rohr, chairman and chief executive officer, PNC. "His deep industry expertise and knowledge make him well suited to lead PFPC's continuing transformation."

Wynne has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Widener University, where he also teaches an MBA-level class on the mutual fund industry.

U.S. Trust Announces 12 Key Appointments

U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management has announced 12 appointments to the greater Los Angeles market as part of a larger effort to increase its number of client-facing professionals.

Don Taylor, Tony Zinge, James Lee and Sue Anderson have been appointed private client advisors; Michele Shafroth, Kristin Nelson, Trevin Hartwell, Corrine Paddio, Uma Shrivastava and Kim Archer have been appointed private client managers; Kalyani Chirra has been appointed wealth strategies advisor; and Craig Burness has been appointed city executive for West and Coastal Los Angeles. In their respective roles, these appointees are responsible for providing customized solutions and services to help wealthy individuals and families address their complex wealth management objectives.

BrandPartners Names New Chief Financial Officer

BrandPartners Group, Inc., a provider of integrated solutions to the retail financial services industry, has named Patrick Peyton as its new chief financial officer.

Peyton previously served as vice president of finance for Portland, Me.-based Nevamar Company LLC, a $400 million national manufacturer of Decorative Surfacing products. Prior to that, Peyton served as vice president and controller with Pioneer Plastics Corporation.

"In his new position, Pat will complement our experienced management team by helping to find efficiencies in our operations and by leveraging his extensive experience in contract-driven businesses," said James F. Brooks, BrandPartners' CEO.

Peyton is a certified public accountant and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in accounting.
