Khan Heads Development For ING U.S. Wealth Unit

ING has hired Tariq Khan as senior vice president in charge of market development and multicultural initiatives for the U.S. Wealth Management Wholesale Distribution division.

Khan comes to the firm from Nationwide, where he oversaw strategic planning, advertising and brand management, market development and recruiting for all multi-channel retail distribution. Before that, he was vice president of marketing at MetLife.

"Tariq's tremendous experience in developing the growing multicultural markets will allow ING to expand our reach to an even broader portion of the overall market," said Bill Lowe, president of the wholesale distribution division. "The United States is more diverse than it has ever been, and it is critical that we're thoughtful and deliberate about tapping this fast-growing segment of the market."

Russell Reynolds Promotes Reichman to Managing Director

Russell Reynolds Associates has promoted Peter Reichman to managing director in the financial services practice. Reichman has been with Russell Reynolds since 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience.

He specializes in executive-level searches in compliance, risk, corporate real estate and human resources.

Previously, Reichman was executive director of human resources at UBS Investment Bank, and he has also held HR positions with Time Inc., GE Capital and in the public sector.

Schmidt, Brogan, Herndon Join RevenueShares as Managing Directors, VP

Robert Schmidt, Brian Brogan and Mike Herndon have joined RevenueShares Investor Services to promote the firm's exchange-traded funds.

"Robert, Brian and Mike bring extensive industry experience to the firm as we continue to develop our ETF offerings and enhance our services," said Sean O'Hara, RevenueShares president. "Their arrival coincides with several additions to our marketing and business development, IT, research and institutional staff."

Schmidt, now a managing director who will concentrate on the broker/dealer and registered investment advisor channels, has held senior positions with Salomon Brothers Asset Management, AXA Financial and Bank of New York.

Brogan, now vice president, institutional, will also provide research analysis. He was previously an institutional sales and research analyst with H.G. Wellington and also held positions with US Allianz Securities, ING Americas and Morgan Stanley.

As managing director concentrating on registered reps and RIAs, Herndon will explore new types of products RevenueShares can offer. He has held positions with Ivy Mackenzie, Munder Capital, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs.

Other key executives who have recently joined the firm include Chad Fulmor and Mike Mailey as internal sales consultants, Chris Cho as an IT engineer, Lee Weil as a printing and fulfillment manager and Emily Brennan, RJ Ferry and Debbie Landis as marketing associates.
