Brockgreiten in Key Client Role at Access Data Corp.

Broadridge Financial Solutions subsidiary Access Data has hired Bernard "Bernie" Brockgreiten to lead client development for the firm's compliance and risk management product line. In this role, Brockgreiten will be responsible for developing key compliance relationships with asset management and broker/dealer firms and will play a pivotal role in expanding Access Data's intermediary oversight capabilities. He reports directly to Chip Miller, executive vice president of Access Data.

Prior to joining Access Data, Brockgreiten, a 17 year veteran of operations management, was senior vice president and senior manager for corporate compliance at Putnam Investments, where he built the infrastructure to support Putnam's implementation of Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 22c-2. He also was key in creating Putnam's intermediary oversight program to track interactions and support SEC audits.

"Bernie is a results-driven leader who has tackled some of the industry's most difficult compliance challenges, working alongside the Investment Company Institute and the SEC to create the changes needed to regain shareholder confidence," Miller said. "His compliance expertise, industry viewpoint and collaborative spirit are invaluable."
