He joins us with an impressive record of achievements in retirement plan marketing, and will be a key asset in enhancing our presence in this marketplace."

Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, Decker worked for Morgan Stanley, where he began as a director for small business retirement solutions. He was then promoted to first vice president and 401(k) manager, with responsibilities that encompassed all facets of product management, including initial product design and ongoing development, investment management services, sales and participant educational materials.

Decker has also worked at U.S. Trust, Merrill Lynch and Buck Consultants.
