The mutual fund distribution division of First Data Investor Services Group of Westborough, Mass. has been rated No. 1 in overall customer satisfaction in the 1998 Dalbar Bank Study. Dalbar is a financial services research and consulting firm based in Boston. The study surveyed over 150 bank managers on their satisfaction with bank distributors and administration providers. First Data also received the No. 1 rankings in overall administration and relationship management.
