ICMA Retirement Corp. of Washington, D.C. has registered its Vantagepoint family of funds with the SEC so that it can offer them through IRA's, at least at the outset. ICMA's funds, until now, have primarily been available to public sector employees through defined contribution and deferred compensation retirement plans. There are 13 funds in the Vantagepoint Family.
