Michael Dailey has joined Jones and Babson of Kansas City, Mo. as director of institutional sales. Dailey had previously been at MJD Consulting, where he gave marketing advice to mutual funds and money management firms. Before that, he was managing director of sales at First Summit Capital Management.

Patrick Flynn has joined Funds Distributor Inc. and has been named senior vice president and national sales manager of the Dresdner RCM Global Funds. Flynn will direct the entire Dresdner RCM Global Funds' sales team, pursue new fund business and promote Dresdner RCM Global Funds products. Flynn was previously the national sales manager at Meridian Investment Management in Colorado.

Global Asset Management of New York has promoted Donald Mock from senior vice president in charge of sales in the western U.S., to executive vice president and national accounts manager. Mock will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans with key intermediary firms.

Al Stockman has been named vice president of the Aquila Tax-Free Trust of Phoenix, Ariz. He will be in charge of marketing and shareholder servicing. He has also been named vice president of the Aquila Rocky Mountain Equity Fund, which invests in the stocks of companies in the Rocky Mountain states from Arizona to Montana. Stockman was previously with Banc One Arizona as a corporate officer for client services.
