David Odenath, on June 1, will become president of Prudential Investments, the mutual fund and annuity division of The Prudential Insurance Co. of America, based in Newark, N.J. Odenath was previously senior vice president and director of sales for the investment consulting group of PaineWebber. In his new position, he reports to John Scicutella, chief executive officer of Prudential Individual Financial Services.

Steve Radis became the chief marketing officer and managing director of Wanger Asset Management of Chicago on May 18. Wanger is the investment adviser to the Acorn Family of no-load mutual funds of Chicago. In this position, Radis is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities including advertising, shareholder services, shareholder communications, marketing communications, public relations and the Internet. He was previously vice president and corporate communications officer for Zurich Kemper Life of Long Grove, Ill.

Invesco Funds Group of Denver is adding four wholesalers to its sales force. The four, Jim Sandidge, Corey McClintock, Tony Rogers and Campbell Judge, will all report to Ray Cunningham, Invesco's national sales manager, and will be vice presidents and senior regional wholesalers. Sandidge previously worked at AIM; McClintock at Nicholas/Applegate Capital Management; Rogers at Global Asset Management and Judge at Equitable Distributors.
